Mishandling of Sexual Assaults

The video below is testimony given by the families of two teen rape victims, by one of the girls, and by Taylor Anderson-Stevenson, an advocate at Women's Justice Center, to protest the mishandling of the girls' cases by Santa Rosa Police Department. The testimony was given at the Oct. 1, 2013 Santa Rosa City Council meeting.
